Description

:iconblueheartsplz: I was in the sitting room today working on a request on my laptop when I saw in TV a documentary movie on a German channel talking about Hijab in Islam .

Needless to say ,the whole show was dedicated to show Hijab as a negative and a suppressive act of ignorance .

There was one researcher whom said ,as I remember :Woman in western world are not forced to hijab because there are no law that forces them to wear it ..So they wear it by their own will ,and I can't understand why they are doing so!!

Yet they are being forced on wearing it by their subconscious from family traditions and the attitude of their fathers and brothers .

That just made me mad …I mean ,seriously ,What do we have to do to convince such people that we are wearing it by our own will ?!!!

If we were in Arabic or Islamic countries ,you would say that the community forces us ..and if we were in America or Europe or other countries ,you would say that it is our subconscious .:shifty:

It's funny what they say that covering a woman's body is a sign of male-domination .Well ,let me ask you this : What do men usually love to see :a covered woman ,or a woman whom exposing her body ?

Which one of these manifestations will suits men the best ?? That is the "male-domination" ,my friend !

My body is God's gift to me ,and I chose to cover it . I don't want to be an eye-treat to men . Why is that so difficult to understand ?!

So ,I just quit what I was doing and made this stamp from one of *Nayzak's awesome deviations .I got his permission before so I know he wouldn't mind .

I hope that it helps to apply some light on a Muslim Woman Point of View .

See you all later .I got to go back to work on that request .

It's because our culture is extremely sexualized, they view any form of clothing as "repressive." You even suggest that women should have to wear shirts in public, and all the feminists throw parades and protests, tramping around the streets showing their lady parts to the entire world.

Of of course your subconscious forces you. Our subconscious forces all of us to even wear clothes lol! Even if I went out in public naked right now, my subconscious would force me to run back into my house and at the very least, grab a nightgown or something.

I guess a lot of people just don't understand why you'd want to cover your hair. In this culture, hair isn't considered immodest to show, it's usually decorated and isn't really part of the body at all. It's just a dead thing that grows off your head but it makes a woman more distinguishable from others. It's your hair so you choose whether or not to show it, but from a westerner's point of view, they don't understand why that would be considered "immodest" in your eyes to remove it.
